DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Isma, also known as 'Jessie', is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed with the Virginia Board of Medicine. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. She first began her career working with children in 2009 as a preschool teacher and went on to become an assistant director. Jessie began working with children with special needs in 2014 as an Art Therapist for Loudoun County Public Schools. She began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2016, working both in-home and in clinic settings. Jessie is an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), and the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA). Jessie’s area of interest is in OBM, Organizational Behavior Management, parent training and advocacy. Having both a teaching and ABA background, Jessie founded Family Beeginnings. Jessie is passionate in bridging the gap between families and the public school system, she provides IEP consultations.
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed with the Virginia Board of Medicine. She has been working with individuals with autism and related disorders for over 10 years. She holds a undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Shenandoah University. Sara has presented two poster presentations for Autism at ABAI (Association for Behavior Analysis International) in Puerto Rico 2017 and in Denver, CO in 2018. Sara is an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis, and Association for Professional Behavior Analysts. Prior to joining us as our clinical director, Sara worked in school settings, private clinic settings and provided in-home services for families in Prince William and Loudoun County. As a mother of three and with a daughter who is on the Autism Spectrum, Sara understands the power and importance of parent training. She offers monthly parent seminars and IEP consultations.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Lexy Smith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed with the Virginia Board of Medicine. She was born and raised in Manassas, VA, alongside her four brothers and sisters. She attended Ave Maria University in Southwest Florida as a student athlete, playing volleyball. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, she began working as a special education teacher. Lexy went on to complete her masters in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Lexy has worked with children with Autism and related disorders for over 4 years. Lexy has worked as a registered behavior technician, working in the home and clinic settings. Lexy is an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), as well as the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA). On her free time, Lexy enjoys being close to the beach and exploring all that the south has to offer.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Tori Bishop is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed with the Virginia Board of Medicine. She was born and raised in Newtown PA, alongside her extended family. Growing up Tori spent an extensive amount of time working with children with special needs including family members sparking her interest in working with children with special needs as a career. She attended Penn State University in Central Pennsylvania earning a degree in Education. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she worked in various environments with underprivileged, high risk and special needs children. Tori went on to complete her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2021. Tori has worked with children with Autism and related disorders for over 4 years, working as a registered behavior technician (RBT), in both the home and clinic settings. Tori has an avid interest in aiding families in implementing their child's behavior plans in the home and community. Tori is a mother of one and enjoys taking her daughter to experience new things and places during her free time.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Holly Rinderle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is licensed with the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a DMV native who is very passionate about helping others. Holly attended Virginia Commonwealth University completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She then went on to completing a Masters Program in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, from George Mason Univeristy. Holly joins us with over 5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Most of her work experience took place in the home setting with families and clients. She also has experience working in school and clinic settings. In her free time, Holly loves hiking, working out, spending time with family, and binge watching Netflix shows.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Nicole Geissler is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She was born and raised in Portland Maine, alongside her brother. She attended St Lawrence University in Upstate New York and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Nicole completed her Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology in December 2022. Nicole has worked with children with Autism and related disorders for over two years. Nicole has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, working in the home and clinic settings. Nicole is an active member of the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA). In her free time, Nicole enjoys doing CrossFit and spending time with her dog and two cats.
