Pediatric speech therapy
Pediatric Speech-language therapy addresses challenges with language and communication. Communication and other speech-related challenges vary amongst individuals. The overall goal is to help the person communicate in more useful and functional ways.
Our speech therapy programs begin with an intake evaluation followed by an assessment by our speech-language pathologist (SLP) to assess the individual’s communication strengths and challenges. From this evaluation, the SLP creates a individualized plan of care.

Family Beeginnings follows a multidisciplinary-integrated service model for the treatment of our clients.
Speech Language therapy, Occupational therapy and ABA therapy overlap in many areas, due to how directly connected the different parts of the human body are with one another. Our SLP, OT and BCBA/BCaBA will often work closely together to focus on maximizing functional progress during therapy, in order to help new skills carry over into home, community or school setting.
